Why is pricing based on dish count?
Every dish we translate, check and maintain across eight languages is work we carry every month, so the count is the fairest measure — small restaurants pay less, larger ones pay proportionally. It is the food menu that sets it: a drinks list of 50 or fewer is not counted at all, and toppings, extras and size upgrades never are. The full rule is under the plans above.
How long is the free period, and what happens when it ends?
Start before 30 September 2026 and your menu is free until that date; every menu also gets 14 free days counted from the day it starts, and if those run past 30 September 2026 we let them finish. Whichever of the two falls later is the day the menu becomes payable — 1 October 2026 for a menu that starts early — and every add-on is unlocked for the whole of it. When it ends you pick the plan that fits your menu, then decide which add-ons to keep. If you haven't picked a plan, the menu pauses — your data is kept safe and you can reactivate anytime.
Do the prices include tax?
Prices exclude 10% VAT. Tax is added to your invoice at checkout.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. You receive a valid e-invoice via our payment partner for every payment.
What if my menu keeps growing?
Add dishes freely. Once your dish count crosses your current plan's threshold, we automatically move you to the right plan at the next billing cycle — no disruption, no surprise fees.
