Vietnam supplement — refund policy

In effect from 25 August 2026

This supplement applies to Vietnam and prevails over the general refund policy for everything it covers. It carries only what Vietnam adds: nothing here repeats the general policy, and everything the general policy says that is not contradicted below continues to apply to you.

Vietnam is a free, pre-commercial beta

• Vietnam is a free pre-commercial beta until 30 September 2026. While it runs we take no payment from anyone in Vietnam and we raise no invoice here.
• Nothing in the general refund policy arises from a charge that was never made: there is no billing period to cancel, no add-on to switch and no payment to return.
• The beta itself is set out in the Vietnam terms supplement.

The currency a charge is in, and the currency it comes back in

• A charge raised in Vietnam is in Vietnamese đồng, at the rate published on the Vietnam price list.
• A refund is returned in that same currency, to the account or payment method the payment came from.
